Hello there! Thank you for taking the time to learn a little bit about me! Hopefully I will get to learn a little about you soon as well. I am very passionate about what I do. I work with all types of real estate, from new construction to foreclosures and from vacant land to commercial buildings.

When it comes to working with buyers, I pride myself on being their eyes. I begin our search process by setting up specific search engines catered to my buyers needs. Not only will this save them time from sifting through thousands of listings, but it will also put them in the know about properties before they hit the market. When viewing homes i will not hesitate to point out the obvious and the not so obvious even if its a negative. I don’t believe that I sell the home but that the home will sell itself. The homes are either a perfect match or they are not. My goal is to find that match as quickly as possible as not to waste your time.

When it comes to working with sellers, I pride myself on the process I refer to as the beautification process. My job is to make sure that your home’s first impression stands out against the competition. We accomplish this together following the systems that I have put in place and refined throughout the years. Staging, professional photography and listing placement are essential to getting the home sold as fast as possible. I am the person for this job.

2020 will be my 8th year in the business. I graduated from the University of Illinois in Springfield with a bachelors degree in business management. In a few short years, I have earned my GRI (Graduate REALTOR® Institute) which is a nationally recognized professional real estate designation. I am currently working on my CRS which is another honorable designation of certified residential specialist. 2016 was a very good year for me. I was recognized by the Capital Association of Realtors as the “Rising Star” of they year as well as nominated by the Springfield business journal as a leader in our business community for “Forty Under Forty”. I currently rank among the top 20 of those in my profession, a number that I continually improve.
